Description: The Sanger
Clinic occupies the entire third floor of the Carolina's Medical Center
- Union building. The scope of work involved the upfit of the their
third floor space. This included the removal and relocation of existing VAV boxes
and well as the installation of new VAV boxes and controls; complete duct
system installation with duct wrap insulation; installation of Liebert
units, air distribution, exhaust fan, and fire/smoke dampers; and certified
balance.
