Since being established in 1985, Environmental Services of Charlotte has been providing heating and air conditioning service to Charlotte, Greensboro and the surrounding areas.  We emphasize service because that is who we are…a service company.

For over 20 years, the leadership of Environmental Services has remained steadfast and consistent in its growth and management direction.

An enduring commitment to providing quality service and a fix it right the first time philosophy has enabled us to grow to a multi-million dollar commercial HVAC service organization.  This growth was a result of our reputation and ability to perform capable service and repairs on all types of HVAC systems and equipment.

We currently serve over a thousand commercial locations for HVAC service in the Charlotte area. We have acquired our customers through trust, honesty and a high level of service.

Environmental Services provides a full line of HVAC service and installation offerings.  We utilize highly trained technician professionals to service, repair and install all types of commercial HVAC equipment and systems. With over 40 trucks in our fleet, we maintain quick response times.

Our Controls Division offers a wide range of building automation choices, from the simple to the most complex, to meet each of our customer’s needs and budget.

Our Construction Division is geared towards larger Plan and Spec, construction jobs, and is very knowledgeable of all system types and functions.

Additionally, Environmental Services acquired another local commercial HVAC Service Company, Master Controls, in 2003. 

In 2005, Environmental Services of Charlotte, Inc. added an Electrical Service Division utilizing highly trained electrical service technicians, providing top quality electrical service to our customers.
